Payment Rollover or Refund Options
For those of you that have already registered and paid for this year’s conference there are some options on how you would like us to handle your payment.
Option 1 – Apply the payment for the 2021 BOSS User Conference
We will apply your payment for this year’s conference for next year’s conference, even if the fees for next year’s event are increased.
Option 2 – Apply the payment toward your Company’s Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement
The payments for conference fees for any attendee’s from your company can be applied to Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement when your Company’s Annual Subscription/Maintenance Agreement is scheduled for renewal.
Option 3 – Request a Refund
You may request a full refund of the 2020 Conference fees which will be refunded within 30 days of the request being made.
